Alexandra Maria Lara has been a German/Romanian television actress for a long time. Alexandra is known for parts in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. When she was 16she already secured a number of TV roles for instance, the lead in the Downfall film Youth Without Youth Control. Her critically acclaimed performance in the television film Der Tunnel paved way for other notable roles including Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudl Junge in the critically and commercially successful Oscar nominated historical war film Downfall.
